How to get to Lake Kivu Rwanda.

Depending on which part of Lake Kivu your visiting all roads are easily accessible by road from the main capital Kigali here is the easiest routing

To Karongi-kibuye.

You can drive from Kigali towards Nyungwe forest national park and turn from muhanga and start heading to Karongi. The 221 km road can take about 5-6 hours.

To Rubavu-Gisenyi.

You drive from Kigali towards volcanoes national park and you continue from Musanze town to Gisenyi.180 km road can take 4-5 hours

To Cyangugu-Rusizi

This trip will go from Kigali-muhanga-Huye-Nyungwe forest before driving 50 kms to Rusizi .the 233 km road can take 7-8 hours.
