Start your second day of your Budget Uganda Gorilla Adventure via Kigali after an early breakfast and take a country road trip and cross to Uganda through Katuna or Chanika boarder down to Bwindi National Park where the mountain Gorilla flourishes. In case you didn’t have an opportunity to visit the Kigali Genocide Memorial, this can be done in the morning before we head into the countryside.
Arrive in the afternoon and check into your forest lodge time permitting, we proceed for a village visit which is a great place to get a cultural insight into Uganda’s Batwa and Bakiga people.
