Via Masindi, Murchison Falls National Park is about 5-6 hours’ drive from Kampala via Luwero ,Nakasongola where there is Rhino tracking activities then to Masindi which is your last big town before the park gate Kichumbanyobo where payments are made from before proceeding to the top of Murchison falls. . You can also access the park from Western Uganda driving north from Kibale/Kasese via Kagadi-Hoima and Bulisa this route takes about 7-8 hours before arriving at the park gate in Mubako.
