Uganda Wildlife Authority Education Centre also commonly known as the Entebbe Zoo is home to several reptiles both free-ranging and in cages. These reptiles include the Nile crocodile, tortoise, terrapins and a variety of African snake species including the African Rock Python, Cobra, Gabon Viper and many others.
Ngamba Island

Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park
This Impenetrable Forest of Bwindi National Park offers a lot more than just the Mountain Gorillas. Bwindi Forest is a habitat for the Three-horned Chameleon, Johnston’s Chameleon, Sparse-Scaled Forest Lizard, Great lakes Bush Viper, Pale-headed Forest Snake, and many more others.
Entebbe Reptile Village
Entebbe Reptile Village is located on the outskirts of Entebbe City which is another interesting and amazing place to visit for Reptile Filming in Uganda. Entebbe Reptile Village was started by a local snake guide called Kazibwe Yasin. Entebbe Reptile Villages is a perfect place to film some notable Uganda species of reptiles like the African Rock Python, Cat-eyed Snake, Gabon Viper, Forest Cobra, Egg –eating Snake, Three-horned Chameleon among others.

Media Cards/Press Accreditation
Uganda Media Council requires any foreign journalist and all film crew members to be accredited and we can secure Media Cards on your behalf in 3-4 working days if you follow our instructions. When contacted, we will send you our Form G which gathers all the details required by Uganda Media Council which should be filled and returned by email to the respective fixer in our office plus two passport photos and a copy Passport from each crew member. Please note that if you are filming for more than one month, then the fees per Media Cards will increase. Temporary Customs Kit clearing
The government of Uganda requires all film crews intending to come with their filming equipment to temporarily clear it at immigration on arrival at the Entebbe International Airport something that can waste much of your time and you end up incurring the unexpected cost. At Great Adventure Safaris, we will request you to send through your Kit list which we shall send to our specialist clearing agent for an evaluation. It is usually a percentage of the total and once we have established how much it would cost, we will advise you accordingly and you pay for this in advance. On arrival, our clearing agent will be waiting for you at immigrations to help and take you through all this process.

This always depends on where you will be filming. We will advise you on the best and affordable and decent accommodation properties in such areas. We are not only film fixers but Tour Operators entitled to discounted rates which we will extend to your organization if contacted.
