The terms and conditions are usually given to clients before the start of gorilla tracking experience.
Gorilla tracking in Rwanda takes place in Volcanoes national park which is one of the top tourism hubs in Rwanda besides volcanoes national park Rwanda has others tourism hubs like Nyungwe forest national park, Akagera national park, Gishwati national park, Kigali also is a huge tourism hubs with many tourist attractions like the genocide memorials.

Clients must expect any weather conditions as the location of the national park allows it receive convectional rain fall all year round this will mean going in the forest with rain gear and something to protect your camera equipment.
In order to have successful gorilla tracking and even have better chances of seeing other wildlife silence is the best trick to be able to do that so please ensure you respect that rule to gain more from the safari experience.
Flash photography is strictly not allowed as the mountain gorillas interpret it as fire so this may cause the gorilla to charge and it can cause problems to the tourist as the gorilla is 10 times much stronger than a normal human being.
