The terms and conditions are usually given to clients before the start of gorilla tracking experience.

Terms of gorilla tracking in Rwanda.
–viewing time.
Rwanda like any other country has a set time for how long tourists will view the endangered mountain gorillas in its volcanoes national park this is done to allow the mountain continue with their normal duties like feeding, mating, grooming.
The viewing time is strictly one hour from the time you find the mountain gorillas.
–Age limit.
Like other tourism activities where there are no age limits Rwanda has an age limit set for people who will be allowed to trek the mountain gorillas in volcanoes national park.
The age limit for now is 15 years.
–7 meters distance.
Due to the vulnerability of mountain gorillas tourists are advised to keep 7 meters distance between yourself and the mountain gorillas, this is usually a disease free distance as gorillas are more likely to contact air borne diseases and other communicable diseases like Flue, cough and scabies.
–Mutual respect.
Clients are advised to respect each other during gorilla tracking activity and viewing of the gorillas, here clients are advised not to pass in front of their colleague while they are photographing and making videos.
–Dressing code.
Due to the thickness of the rain forest clients are expected to dress in a propriety gear while heading to see the mountain gorillas.

–Conditions of gorilla tracking in Rwanda.
Clients must expect any weather conditions as the location of the national park allows it receive convectional rain fall all year round this will mean going in the forest with rain gear and something to protect your camera equipment.
–Silence.
In order to have successful gorilla tracking and even have better chances of seeing other wildlife silence is the best trick to be able to do that so please ensure you respect that rule to gain more from the safari experience.
–Flash photography.
Flash photography is strictly not allowed as the mountain gorillas interpret it as fire so this may cause the gorilla to charge and it can cause problems to the tourist as the gorilla is 10 times much stronger than a normal human being.
–Following instructions.
Clients are expected to follow instructions from the lead guide that will lead you in to the rain forest for the gorilla tracking experience in volcanoes national park.
Some of the instructions include not going to close to the mountain gorillas, moving back if asked by the lead guide.
–Declaration of health conditions.
