Cyamudongo is a much smaller area adjacent to Nyungwe forest but originally it was part of the bigger Nyungwe forest which stretches from Rwanda to kabira national park in Burundi.
Nyungwe forest national park is located south of Rwandan capital Kigali and covers a total of 970sq kms and it’s made up of mountain rain forest.
