Rwanda safari & gorilla permits cancellation policy – It’s important to know that no condition is permanent after booking a Rwanda safari you may fail to make the trip for an avoidable reasons and at Great adventure safaris we totally understand and the bellow guide can help you to understand what to do and not panic at all in case of any think.
As a registered company we are always going to be responsible for any inconveniences that our clients have during the time of their lives and before travelling to Africa.
-Clients usually pay 20% of the total safari cost and the 20% is an upfront payment that is directly paid to the lodges as a confirmation commitment fee to 100% confirms the reservation.
-Then six weeks prior to the start safari date please if you’re un able to travel we can also re-schedule new dates upon receiving a prof of the reason why they are un able to travel or else they loose the 20% upfront payment.
-After the payment of 80% inside 6 weeks of your travel to Rwanda Great adventure safaris will refund you 40% of the funds which are usually for un used services such as vehicle, fuel, guiding services, and other un used related services.
-It’s important to re-schedule safaris as client’s loose up to 80% of the total safari cost as many service providers can re-book safari dates.
-in case of tough situations like death the next of kin on the booking form is allowed to travel on behalf of the deceased or else following the sending of the death certificate the deceased will be refunded 20% of the total safari cost.
-Upon confirming the safari clients are always required to pay full price for primate permits and its non-refundable fee but the permits can be rescheduled and this is before six weeks.
-When clients develop signs of communicable diseases their tracking will be discontinued and a refund can be issued by Rwanda development board based on their terms and conditions.
-An avoidable accident in the activity may call for a refund you may need to contact Rwanda Development Board.
-Natural disasters like death before travel to Rwanda but this must be accompanied by several letters of confirmation.
Travellers who work and live in Rwanda can inquire last minute availability of Rwanda gorilla permits but those who do not live in Rwanda but fly in for gorilla tracking are required to book at least 3 months in advance October, November, December, January, February, march, may and 6 months in advance for months of June, July, August and September which happens to be summer holidays in Europe.
