Tour departs on set dates

Our set departures tours depart on specific dates that are provided in this blog post below and you can sign in to your preferred date which runs from January to December except for April and November

Tour starts and ends in Entebbe

Our tours start in Entebbe and end Entebbe for Uganda safaris this is because Uganda has one international airport which is located in Entebbe and all arriving and departing flights all take place in Entebbe

Tour accommodation is based on single or double or twin occupancy

On our tour sheet, we have the option of single occupancy for a solo traveler, double for couples and twin for friends or Family sharing this is due to the capacity of lodges we use on the tours

Tour is based on one gorilla permit but a second permit can be available upon request

Clients will be availed with one gorilla permit on the original tour price but they can take the second trek as an optional and we shall book the extra permit for you at no extra charges except the permit fee as described at the time of booking

Group size ranges from 6-12 persons

Due to the nature of our converted safari vehicles, our tour groups will operate either on one safari jeep or two safari jeeps at a time when it’s one jeep the Minimum of 4 persons and maximum is 6 persons and if it’s two jeeps the Minimum is 7 persons and maximum is 12 persons on board

Tour accommodation is on a standard Mid-range basis

Our Africa safari experts have carefully selected safari lodges and safari camps with excellent service and comfort ability and also price friendly and these are carefully selected to give you the best travel experience.

Tour is led by a tour Leader

All our group safaris will be led by experienced tour leaders who will ensure you get the best out of your safari and they will be the go-between the company and our dear guests please feel free to share any necessary information with them during your tour -Tour can Be guided in different Languages

If the tour requires a specialist language guide we will be able to provide language guides for German, French, Spanish, and Italian guides but clients will need to book way in advance

Uganda is all year travel destination and our set departure safaris run from January to December except April and November when the country receives more rainfall than other months but those looking for dry months should travel between June and September and from December to February
