Gorilla trekking cost includes.
Before anything, your Uganda Gorilla trekking cost should consider the cost of a Gorilla trekking permit of USD700, and $1500 per person per trek for a Gorilla habituation permit, the price as well of your accommodation and meals, transportation to and from Bwindi, fuel for the entire round trip, service of an English speaking driver guide, drinking water on board, airport transfers are all inclusive in the prices we charges.
Cost of transport.
You need to plan transport to and from Bwindi impenetrable National Park as part of your Gorilla trekking cost. The least number of days to and from Bwindi is three days. The first day is for pickup and transfer to Bwindi impenetrable National Park, the second day is for Gorilla trekking and the third day is for transferring back from Bwindi. So this means that you must budget for a vehicle with its driver guide/guide per day and fuel for the entire round trip. some clients feel better to pay for the vehicle and driver/guide then by fuel separately but as Great Adventure Safaris – we recommend an all-inclusive tour package as it saves you from spending more on fuel. You can as well plan to fly to Bwindi impenetrable National Park, companies like Aero Link operate scheduled and chartered flights from Entebbe international airport to Kihihi or Kisoro near the National park but then you will need a vehicle for transport to the lodge. There is an option of flying into Kigali international airport and trek mountain gorillas in Uganda, the Gorilla trekking cost remains the same but you drive for a short distance of 4-5 hours through the borders of cyanika or Katuna to the southern or eastern parts of Bwindi. You can contact Great Adventure Safaris about your car hire or flight to Bwindi impenetrable National Park.
We arrange gorilla trekking from kiagli depending on the number of days a traveler is having for holiday, 2 days Gorilla trekking from Kigali and 3 Days Gorilla trekking from Kigali, we can organize long safari as well upon request.

Porters
For many reasons, we advise all our clients to take porters from a gorilla trek, they are important to carry your backpackers and once you approach the Gorillas, they can remain with all items that you may not need plus backpackers. Since the terrain in the forest is sometimes slippery, they can give you a pull or a push hence making you bale to fulfill your dream of seeing mountain Gorillas. The very important reason you should carry a porter is that you are contributing to the community development as some of the porters are school going boys and others have families., and they charge around $15-$20 per porter.
Tips
Tips are appreciations of good service rendered to you by your guide/driver, guides and waitress, porter and your Gorilla trekking guides but it is not a must that you have to do this, as a responsible tour company, we advise that you put some funds aside for tipping while on a Gorilla trekking safari.
