Uganda promotion discounted gorilla permits: Gorilla trekking permits are legal documents that are issued by the Uganda wildlife Authority to tourists/travelers above 15 years of age, authorising them to visit habituated gorilla families in the natural habitat.
Uganda Wildlife Authority considers you are the heart of our conservation efforts and they have re-introduced the discounted low season gorilla permits in the months of April, May and November to give a breathtaking experience to all travelers that visit Uganda.
Discounts offered during the months of April, May and November
Discounted gorilla permits for Bwindi impenetrable National park and Mgahinga gorilla National park cost USD600 per person per trek for foreign Non Residents and USD500 per person per trek for foreign residents.
Please note that during the peak season in the months of June, July, August, September, December, January and February the gorilla trekking permits are at USD800 per person for foreign non residents, USD700 per person for foreign residents, USD500 per person for the rest of Africa and UGX300,000 for East African residents.
These reductions on Gorilla and Chimpanzee Permits and the discounts will only apply to new purchases and not on reschedules of already deposited permits or purchases using Credit letters and there will be no reschedules allowed for these promotional Gorilla and Chimpanzee Permits.
